Samples of Weddings

Your wedding is clearly one of the most important times in your life. As your photographer, my goal is to capture as much of your momentous day and special people as possible so later you can recall all the excitement and tender feelings of that precious day.

In addition to the formal poses, I thrive on finding those candid moments of tender feelings and love. I look for and capture the special moments and the emotions shared between loved ones. These are your memories. I aim to capture forever this moment in time, so full of meaning and promise, surrounded by your family and friends from preparation through the ceremony, reception and finally driving off into the sunset.

These samples are from past weddings to provide a very tiny glimpse of the memories captured on these very special days. Please read the captions to see what I look for in a typical wedding day.

The ceremony - joy shared before God, family and friends.

  • Every wedding package includes Engagement Photos. This is a special time to capture memories but also an important time for you and your photographer to get comfortable with each other. It is not always easy to relax and be your natural selves in front of a camera, so today is the time to get comfortable - not on the more stressful day of the wedding.
  • Engagement Photos can be made into a photo album, coffee table book, guest registry book, "save the date" cards, announcements and wedding day signature photo.
  • This is a 20 page guest book which incorporated 60 photos from the engagement photo session.
  • Getting ready - beautiful even before attired in the wedding dress. The photographer's day is your day - unobtrusively capturing memories - details quickly lost in the blur of the moment. These are memories to share later with your husband - details he is clueless about all your preparation.
  • Getting ready with the help of close freinds.
  • Precious moments - mother and bride in final preparations.
  • Details of all the work by friends and family.
  • Groomsmen - close friends cannot help but have fun. (Some group photos taken before the ceremony to save time afterwards)
  • Groomsmen - in a little more formal pose before the ceremony. Amazing how well guys can clean up when they want to impress their ladies.
  • Formal poses - many done before the ceremony to save time afterwords. In this wedding the guys and gals were kept apart until the ceremony.
  • Formal (but fun) poses - many done before the ceremony to save time afterwords.

  • Wedding Ceremony - available light - no flash allowed in this and often other churches during the ceremony.
  • The Ceremony - Wise instructions for the foundation of a lasting marriage
  • The Ceremony - Exchaning vows.

  • The Ceremony - capturing the surprise as the groom unexpectedly and expertly sings to his bride.
