Abandoned

There is sometimes something mesmerizing about an abandoned building. It may be haunting or still reflect its past glory. These images are of that nature.

Returning from the Tetons, drove down Hwy 89 through Wyoming and crossed the corner of Idaho to Utah. Saw this boarded up home/church/LDS Stake House just as the highway made a right turn through downtown Ovid, ID. Not much of a town anymore, but this building had character and the storm clouds and newly falling rain made it even more interesting or sinister.
