Washington School Neighborhood Concerned Citizens Candlelight Prayer Walk 3-31-2008
Local citizens concerned for the safety in the Washington School Neighborhood in Visalia turned out for a candlelight prayer walk around the neighborhood. Purpose is to bring attention to the City of Visalia of the need to more street lights in this very dark part of the city. The candles represented the need for physical light from the City and spiritual light from God for the community.
