Visalia Waiters Race 9-22-2016

An annual event that delights the crowds and the photographers (especially the spills!). My goal tonight was to capture as many participants and volunteers as possible who contribute to all this fun. Thank you for your services! My apologies for missing anyone - could not point the camera at everyone during the peak of action. I left in the occasional blurry shots as it got darker just to tell the story. Photos are in the order taken. (and there are a lot of them!)
