Large, excellent apple for eating, cooking and sauce. Skin shades of green with occasional light striping. Flesh is firm, sweet/tart. Apples grow on spurs inside the tree making it an excellent choice for hot summers. Does well in cold climates if adequate length of season. Requires 400 hours of chilling. Ripens: September to late October. Tree is naturally semi-dwarf growing.
