This is one of many drives you can take through the Sierra Nevada foothills catching the brilliant spring wildflowers. These scenes are along Dry Creek Drive east of Woodlake. A storm was brewing but the sunshine periodically popped through the clouds for dramatic lighting on beautiful hillside views.
