Maru Persimmon (Diospyros kaki sp.)
Atractive brilliant orange-red skin on medium sized, round fruit. Flesh is dark cinnamon color and seeded if cross pollinated. Juicy, sweet and excellent quality. Non-astringent if cross pollinated and seeded. Very decorative. (PVNA - Pollination Variant Non-Astringent). Ripens late October into November. Cold hardy to USDA Zone 7.
